You should check and create problems with every deposit in the same way you do when someone tries to make a withdrawal! UPDATE 04/05/2026: ADMIRAL IS LYING TO THE PUBLIC. They replied below claiming the issue is "resolved". This is a blatant lie. They returned £300 (admitting my account and gameplay were valid) but are still UNLAWFULLY WITHHOLDING the remaining £500 of my winnings. They are ignoring my formal legal "Final Demand" email while posting these fake "helpful" replies here. They are trying to use "Player Protection" as a weapon to confiscate winnings. I have now escalated this to IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission for "Withdrawal Obstruction" and misleading public statements. DO NOT TRUST THEIR "RESOLVED" STATUS – THEY STILL OWE ME £500. The withdrawal was put on hold, restrictions were placed on the account. Let me remind you that I didn't deposit a single pound to win these £300, yet they're already trying to convince me that I have a gambling problem and are trying to arrange a phone call about my account. "On Hold". When I asked why, it was bank statement, Face ID, blah blah blah. It turned out that even the bank statement from my previous withdrawal was considered invalid (in the casino's opinion).I uploaded the PDF file again, and since I couldn't do the Face ID myself, I had to wait for my daughter. Today I sent the Face ID + bank statement just to be safe, and what? Once again, the bank statement in PDF format — which had always been accepted before. That was 4 hours ago and still nothing. Since yesterday, I've been asking for the fastest possible resolution of the issue because on Saturday I'm going away for a few days for health reasons, and I won't hide the fact that the extra money would be very useful.Customer service isn't very nice and doesn't seem to care at all. I'm sure I won't receive the money today, and that's why I've decided to write this review! You should check and create problems with every deposit in the same way you do when someone tries to make a withdrawal!

Went back to this site after a break and found it worse than before not only has your cjance of winning lessened but they take your money even more quickly with more dead spins less chance of gettimg features up like starburst or scatter on big bass and still with about 90% of any wins being from the 3 lowest value symbols on starburst. Had a few glitches with bonus games..However the customer service team did resolve them within 24hrs..And in the last 8 months of signing up,literally no more than 3times have I had to contact customer service team in relation to gaming issues...Unlike most platforms the bonuses here renew mid morning..Which is a good thing..Downside,minimum deposits and withdrawals are £10,this should be reduced.. I can not understand why Admiral does…. I can not understand why Admiral does not have over a 4 star rating. There are casino sites paying out 92 percent with horrid bonus offers where you have any winning over 20 pound taken off you, and I bet even a proggressive jackpot. At least Admiral payout a min of 94.5 pecent and have by far the best daily bonus freebies by far. I am with many casino's and Admiral is the best one by far. At least twice a week they even pay you a pound to play bingo and a pound to play slingo. If you spend the min you can only come out winning from that deal. What other casino would do that. The free spins from admirals butterfly blitz have really been a game changer for me. You have to play anything you win for free 1x on it and that has worked out to my advantage having hit the major twice on 20p and 30p a go. I can say I am up over 200 pound from having to play this game every day. Then you have Big Bass Reel Repeat and I can never make out why I always win far more than I loose on the Admiral one compared to the other sites.

I haven't had a jackpot in 2 years. I haven't broken even in a year and I play 5-600 every time I go. When I first went I was cashing out quite a bit that was 3 years ago. Now it's impossible to win big without spending a small fortune. I just cannot see how the slots are random when they either don't pay out, pay ridiculously low bonus games, and when you do get a win - you don't get another without spending a fortune. I've noticed over the past year the casino is dead. Very few customers and they don't stay long. I feel like I've been ripped off every time I go, it's so bad. Aldershot branch Games are decent place is nice but staff are so unhappy to see anybody that’s not Nepalese it’s quite disappointing I’ve tried going in this shop multiple times and if it was a one off I’d understand. The shop opens 24/7 I’ve tried going 8 am I’ve tried going sometimes late at night majority of the time the doors are closed I have to wait about 15 mins for them to open then supposedly another to get some cash out as their atm is never refilled .. I get it’s just but guys come on. There’s only one European lady who is quite welcoming and nice and friendly enough. 99% of the Nepalese staff were very unwelcoming it seems to be a Nepalese customer based shop which I understand however it’s a bit unfair for me to be treated this way I’m also Asian just not Nepalese. The older nep bloke the other day I won and gave him a £20 tip and he carried on speaking in Nepalese to the colleagues and just didn’t even bother saying thank you. It’s actually crazy made me regret even sharing my win with someone who works there so they can have lunch. Honestly it’s put me off this exact site in casino. Always check the ingame help menu to find Rtp of every slot game as some are as low as 91%. Some games are laggy juttery and slow aswell , Most games performed poorly as wins are concerned aka dead spins and 0.006p wins. I would say its a rich mans hobby if you can afford to loose the money it can take in small timeframe, set your stall and deposit amount and class it as entertainment. Do not expect to win and withdraw. And always remember casinos host the games from 3rd partys which have poor reviews on this platform TP if you choose to read up. I wish I could give this 0 stars. Please don't be fooled by the no deposit bonus. I signed up on the promise of 50 no deposit free spins only to be told that this isn't valid. I have screen shotted the response from them. Misleading. The welcome bonus appeared to be the only saving grace to a fairly appalling overview of the site. Despite what is still published on their website which let me sign up, I was then informed they no longer do this. Remove information no longer valid then instead of misleading people to sign up!!! Admiral are a great. Payout in 5-10 minutes, big choice of games. I’m no high roller (10p-£1) spin’s and still managed to withdraw about £450 in total. One win was on a 3 reel Blitz, dropped a bonus and a 3x3 of S’s (high multiplyer symbol) that go me up to about £150 so I increased the bet and got another bonus and it dropped £400+. Also you can try out majority of games to see how they play which is a plus. I knocked one star off for having to deposit to use free spins from promotion’s. Even if you’ve deposited 5 minutes before, you have to deposit when you spin the wheel or whatever it may be. Not found another casino handle it this way. Either way, great place to play.

However, In recent weeks I have noticed that all the games are having their RTPs reduced. This makes trying to win (and I'm not even talking about making profit) significantly more difficult.
