After years of playing on 888 and reaching vip status and receiving an email notifying me that I am going to receive increased point acceleration and increased weekly cashback and then noticing that I am not even receiving the correct calculation to begin with and that not being addressed. I finally dug in my heels. I told 888 that they needed to adhere to their own guidelines and start reviewing their weekly cashback amounts and point accelerations. When I was able to show screenshots of all deposits meeting or exceeding their requirements and they refused to produce records showing proper credit. So I chose 888.com because the online casino company (bolaking888.com), its affiliate and child partners are all under the same parent company Bolaking Partnership. Every alternate week and month, they are launching a new website, verified by Bolaking Partnership. I will attach screenshots of the platform for you’ll to see and be aware. alnassr888.org, bearbrick888i.com and aladdin888b.com all same problem, fake and scam alnassr888 is an online casino and sport platform under the so called Bolaking. I keep depositing money, playing. They tagged or blocked my user id from winning. For the past 7 days as it was so obvious and I noticed. Slot games I play , I get refreshed while playing. Loosing streak , even when I get the 3 , 4 scatter or wild that usually triggers a bonus or free spin. I get none. On their front page they post 5 to 6 fake big wins of players, their deposits and wins. With wins not less than a 100rm, 500rm and 1000rm above. With tiny deposit of 5, 10 or at most 50rm. And a fake big deposit of 100rm of a single player who won 20rm. I deposit sometimes above 200rm in different denominations daily, no big wins or my user on the fake front page. I understand it’s casino, it’s gambling, but when obviously manipulated and cheated, programmed against me to course lose. Wie bisher durch andere Nutzer erwähnt, ist Auszahlung nicht möglich, man wird als treuer Kunde von Boni ausgeschlossen mit der Ausrede, dass 888.de keinen Einfluss auf Lugas habe und daher eine Kontoschließung bzw. Neueröffnung unausweichlich sei. Gesagt getan. Mit dem neuen Account geht der Verlust von sämtlichen Boni einher. Außerdem ist der Poker selbst bei diesem Anbieter manipuliert. Allein heute kam es 10 mal vor, wenn ich die die niedrigere Beikarte hatte und diese eventuell sogar im Flop war, kam im Turn und River 1-2 mal die höhere Beikarte des Gegenspielers. Es ist auch auffällig, dass ständig jemand mit Flush gewinnt, es ist dann fast ausschließlich ein Flush mit A, ich selbst hatte fast jede vierte Runde A suited, bekam aber in 30 solcher Fälle höchstens 3-4 mal den Flush. Ich könnte auch andere Beispiele für Manipulation nennen, da ich ständig Screenshots mache und was ich hier schreibe beweisen kann. Im Übrigen existiert nicht mal ein Livechat-außer Funktion.

I re-opened my account after several…. I re-opened my account after several years away and start playing poker and making sports bets, all of which I was encouraged to do with the carrot of bonuses. When fulfilling the particular requirement no bonus materialized. I complained to 888 but they said I had switched bonuses off. I made what I thought was my first account and deposited £10, only to find out later I apparently had an old account I didn’t even remember. Any normal, decent website would just tell you your email is already in use and block the duplicate – but not these clowns. They happily took my money, let me play for a bit, and then suddenly logged me out mid-game. Now I can’t access the new account, can’t get my money back, and there’s literally no way to get real support. Their “live chat” is a joke – you either get stuck with bots or, if you're lucky enough to reach an agent, they straight up end the chat before you even finish typing your problem. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping anyone. £1400 I'm waiting on. On Wednesday I deposited £200 and got a verification email. I had to send ID and proof of address which I did. Account was then verified. The contempt 888 have for their customers is unreal. 888 literally used this phrase in a message to me where they refuse to say why they have blocked my account from receiving bonuses. "we always aim to balance fairness and transparency for all players" I have never come across a more unfair company and the fact they talk about transparency whilst 2 lines before refusing to give me a reason for their nonsensical decision shows you exactly what kind of company they are. They don't even have the decency to reply to me as a person, give me anyone's name who was involved in the decision and say there is no chance of there being any reconsideration of their decision. I have tried for weeks to get a response from them. I have been moved around from LiveChat to Reddit and back again and even after weeks of asking all they can be bothered to say to me is they have made the decision and it is final. Desde então tenho estudado bastante, e a minha luta tem sido denunciar todos os dias Casinos ilegais, pelo que podem ver que existem várias denúncias da minha parte.. ou seja, estudei durante vários meses decretos de lei, políticas de jogo responsável, regras de AML anti lavagem de dinheiro e KYC… segue-se de que reparei que 2 casas reguladas pelo SRIJ, a GoldenPark e a 888 Casino não cumpriram com as políticas de jogo responsável, AML ou KYC.. ambas me deixaram depositar valores altíssimos no auge do meu vício, sem qualquer tipo de análise de risco ou entraves.. estamos a falar de valores superiores a 5000€ em questão de horas! Que não vai de todo com que ambos os sites têm escrito na parte de Jogo Responsável, onde ambas alegam terem sistemas avançados de reconhecimento de padrões de vício e jogo compulsivo, tal como dizem que os seus “agentes” estão altamente treinados para detetar comportamentos de adição ao jogo.. Bem… nada disso resultou comigo! Aliás, em ambas as casas sempre só fui mais e mais aliciado até cair na ruína total! Ambas se recusam a dar-me os valores ao certo que joguei… mas foi mesmo muito!! E estava cego pelo vício.. não acho que seja justo. Neste momento tenho um crédito de 17000€ de dívidas de jogo, sim já estava nesse ponto em que usava o cartão de crédito para jogar… e nunca ninguém se lembrou de fazer nenhuma análise ou verificação de fundos… mesmo até para efeitos de Lavagem de dinheiro… como sabiam a legalidade dos depósitos? Threatened to steal my deposits for complaining. After signing up and depositing money to their sports site, they hit me with a weird verification request: a selfie with my ID, and threatened to withhold my funds until doing so. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when I signed up! Which according to the gambling commission should be made clear. Their customer service was a nightmare too. They are dismissive and unhelpful, giving me canned responses and even disconnecting our chats abruptly also avoided raising complaints or chat logs when I asked To top it off, they threatened to keep my deposit without any clear reason after I complained. I have no winnings in their accounts just my money I've deposited! It's left a bad taste in my mouth, and I want others to know before they sign up. Wish I’d read the reviews before depositing .. had a good win of a few hundred £ today around midday on slots but noticed after pressing ‘spin’ on the winning stake it said the next plays were on bonus. No worries I thought, this spin is cash. Checked after and it assigned the win to my bonus account not cash. Avoid at all costs, 888 were very happy to take my son’s money but make it very difficult to withdraw. After sending all documents still find errors holding his money for over 3 weeks up-to now. At one point he found it so stressful as he has ADHD and very inpatient gambled his £200 winnings he was waiting to withdraw. Will be looking into the complaints procedures as this is unacceptable and they need reviewing from gambling commission. I can see it’s not just one off incident, so will be looking into how many customers and how much winnings this company has with held and they need to compensate with interest also. Be warned, they make it very, very difficult for you to get your funds back. To start with it comes up with an error when you try and enter back details, but it’s not an error, it’s a block to stop you. You then have to provide your passport, bank statements, utility bills and other forms of ID before they put you into a queue to process…I’m now at 9 weeks and still no reply and no money back, despite using a complaint resolution company. Now waiting for gambling commissioner to review handling. Use another well know gambling company, not 888 as it’s not worth the hassle. No checks made whatsoever when you’re giving them money…handy for them perhaps.

Basically scammed out of a contracted promotion... Signed up to bet on the champions league finals as they had a 10 pound money back bet builder promotion going. I signed up fine, deposited and bet. Lost the bet. I've now just been informed on live chat that I'm not eligible for ANY promotions and my account is being restricted! The operator very, very quickly closed the chat after she copied and pasted this drivel. I had already opted into the promotion - honour your contracts! I've basically just been scammed. Stay away. Do not bet with them. They have only live chat and the agents suspended my account because I said two deposits didn't come to my account and it's stressing me out. He purposely misconstrued my chat by concluding that gambling is stressing me out. Also they stopped me on day three from bonuses.
