Great customer service! If you have a problem they work to solve it and fast. I had an issue with the deposit bonus which they not give but they somehow solved it very quickly and everything is clear! Highly recommended.

Don't play SLOTV!!! Fake casino! I had a stuck game in Blackjack Bonus. After 1 week they replied me the game was played succesfull, without any winnings. On my phone I still see the stuck game and can't make a descision on the left hand (splitted 2 8's). It's impossible that I played the game because I did not make ant descision on the left hand. I don't get my money back and the game is lost, they said. Worst casino with worst service ever.

Благодаря SlotV поменял свое мнение о казино. Никогда не относился к онлайн казино серьезно, но благодаря SlotV поменял свое мнение. Я с давних пор довольно неплохо играю в покер, но довольно редко мне выпадала возможность поиграть и при этом еще что-то заработать. В онлайн казино играть не хотел потому как был уверен, что деньги там вывести точно не получится. Но как-то брат рассказал, что неплохо подымается на покере в SlotV и я все таки решил попробовать. Теперь, практически каждую неделю, обычно вечер пятницы, я провожу за покером. Отдыхаю после работы и плюс к зарплате понемногу зарабатываю!

Online scam - Don't refund the money! Online scam, They have nice slots and many wins but never refund the money back to your card. I have sent them all prove of bank account and bills including passport. still, they play stupid and continue to email and refuse to pay back the same card used to deposit. Ended up keeping my money after 50 useless emails. Hope they b***. DONT EVER GIVE THEM MONEY!!!

Poor site at best, played in there for about a month and every visit was the same outcome no fun what so ever, there is such a thing as bad luck but for me it started to feel more like a scam then a real casino, last visit i tried for around 140$ with a max bet of 0.60 got maybe 2 bonuses that paid nothing, normal play barely hit 1x wins, so yeah i would find another casino to try your money on, instend of one where your money last only a few minutes. They do have an ok selection of slots but no real search options other then searching for slot names so you need to know the name of the slots you want to play or search the hole site for em if you dont, why they dont make it so you can search on provider of slot atleast i have no idea seems stupid or just a poor casino that opens up a casino so fast and forget about everything else then making money and then forget about making any services for the customers, ive seen alot better casino designs, i had alot of issues just trying to connect to alot of slots even though i use a 1gbit download connection.
