I'm going after ther Licence. Hi everyone, I’m sharing this to warn other players and expose what’s happening at Luck.com. I’ve been a loyal player on their platform for almost a year. A few weeks ago, I won €10,000 through fair play, with no bonuses or promotions involved. Everything was legit. After the win, they blocked my account with no clear explanation. They mentioned an issue with my ID (even though it was submitted and valid at the time) and claimed I used my wife’s card for a deposit — something their support actually instructed me to do. Once they requested my updated ID/passport, I sent it immediately. I also have screenshots of all conversations, proof of ownership and permission for the card used, and everything was transparent. Still, they refuse to process my withdrawal or unlock my account. If this happened to anyone else, or if you have advice on how to push this further (legally or through regulators), please let me know. I believe this is abusive behavior and should not go unnoticed. All of a sudden I can not log in and found that they have closed my account due to being in Northern Ireland. Why was this allowed to happen? One to avoid. Upon registration you'll be asked to upload ID and proof of address which is standard with UKGC casinos. For my second withdrawal they asked me to upload more information which I did on the same date the 26th November after 3 days these documents have not been looked at yet. Despite my efforts to create urgency in the live chat all I get in response is “we have sent this to the relevant department, these will be reviewed in the fastest time” sorry but it should not take this long to review documentation after an agent in chat verified that the documents are correct. I want my funds employ more people in the verification department because the one person you have is so slow!
