I've bet more than 3000 euros on casino and they took on a breath, without giving back anything. On another day same thing. There answer it is ..speechless. worst possible customer support literally you need to wait for 1 hour and not even then, no one will be assigned to your chat Before there was a "queue" feature to see how many are in front of you, but they removed it so I think the long wait is not because "high volume" and just because they are irresponsible and invest 0 in customer support

In timp ce eu jucam la pariuri sportive, la ora 21.05, exact in acelasi timp alta persoana, probabil un angajat de al lor mi-a pierdut banii la cazino..am facut sesizare ca mi-au disparut banii din cont! M-au pus sa trimit print cu schimbarea parolei, selfie cu buletinul si cu o foaie alba! Dupa 48 de ore m-au pus sa trimit alt selfie ca nu e bun ala..contul fiindu-mi restrictionat! I supposedly won the mini jackpot of 20 grand and then four more jackpots all total of 71,000$ and they want me to send 89$ to cash out any of my winnings but the three times I tried to send the money the cashapp sent it back because they were fraudulent accounts!
